Experience Progress Through Photos

Sometimes when we’re in the day-to-day, enjoying our journey towards improved natural beauty, we can easily miss our own transformation. That’s why regular pictures are so powerful! Follow these steps to experience your progress through photos:
1. Take your progress photos on these days: 1, 14, 30, 60, and 90
2. Consistency is key: Take photos at night in your bathroom, standing in the same spot and using the same lighting each time
3. Wash your face, pull your hair back (if applicable), and don’t put any lotion or makeup on
4. You’ll take two sets of pictures: front, right side, left side with a straight face and with a smile
5. Snap a picture of your neck straight on and looking up towards the ceiling
6. Capture a few photos of your hands as well
7. After you’ve taken all your photos, share your success and progress on social media and don't forget to tag us @isagenix_europe
