United States Will Call Terms:

Effective at 3 p.m. today, March 17, we will be temporarily closing Isagenix Order Pickup until further notice. All orders that were placed for pickup at Isagenix World Headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona, will be shipped to the Customer address we have on file. The shipping fee for orders placed yesterday will be waived. Shipping fees for all orders placed beginning today can be found in your Back Office.

By selecting the Will Call option, you agree to pick up your order at one of our Will Call locations. Orders not picked up after 10 business days will be shipped at your expense using basic or ground service to the default shipping address listed on the account. We appreciate your understanding.

Arizona Will Call:

Orders placed no later than 11:59pm EST are available for pick up the following business day. There is a flat fee of $7.50 per order.

Order Pickup (Will Call) has moved! 155 E. Rivulon Blvd., Gilbert, AZ 85297(Inside Isagenix World Headquarters). Valid photo identification required for the person(s) authorized to pick up the order.

Arizona Will Call Hours of Operation:

• Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed

Arizona Will Call is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
