Who can use the IsaLife app?
IsaLife™ is the perfect tool for Customers and Associates in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Netherlands who use Isagenix products as part of their daily routine. The app is currently available in English only.
Where can I download IsaLife?
Isagenix Customers and Associates can download IsaLife for free at the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Which mobile devices support IsaLife?
IsaLife is available for iPhone (iOS version 10.2 and above, 5S or newer) and Android (version 5.1.1 and above) devices only. The app is not supported using Blackberry, Windows Phone, or Kindle Fire. Please note, IsaLife was designed for mobile telephones, and we do not recommend running the app on an iPad or Android tablet.
What should I share on my Activity Feed?
We encourage you to share your activity, progress, and badges to your Activity Feed and your other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram. The more support, the better! All posts from Isagenix will appear in everyone’s Activity Feed, so it’s not necessary to share them again with your team.
Who can see my posts in the Activity Feed?
Your Activity Feed shares information you post with those you are connected to in IsaLife. When posting, you also have the option to select sharing with your team, your coach, or both.
Can I remove posts from my Activity Feed?
You can delete your own personal posts and hide posts from others that appear in your Activity Feed. To delete or hide a post, select the down arrow in the upper right corner of the post, and then select the applicable option.
Which programs are available in IsaLife?
Customers and Associates can currently enroll in the Weight Wellness program through the IsaLife app.
Can I use IsaLife if I’m not using a system, pak, or another program?
Absolutely! IsaLife is a customizable tool that allows you to integrate your favorite Isagenix products into your routine.
Who can see my photos or measurements?
Your photos, weight goals, and measurements are only visible to you unless you opt to share them with others.
How do I order product via IsaLife?
Customers and Associates can place one-time orders or manage their Autoship by tapping the “Shopping” (basket) icon. Use the search feature or product categories to locate your favorite Isagenix products and tap on the image and configure your preferences. Once you’re done, select “Add to Cart.”
Can I apply coupons to my IsaLife orders?
Yes! IsaLife is integrated with your Isagenix account. When placing an order through the app, you can search for coupons available to you and apply them to your order before submitting it.
How do I add a new payment method in IsaLife?
For security reasons, new payment methods must be added through your password-protected Back Office login page.
How do I update my default shipping address in IsaLife?
IsaLife uses information from your existing Isagenix account. If you have multiple addresses saved to your account, you can update the default shipping address on the “Settings” tab. To add a new address, please log in to your password-protected Back Office login page.
How do I introduce IsaLife to new Customers?
After helping your new Customer join Isagenix, let them know what their next steps are including downloading IsaLife! For example,
You: I’m going to send you a text later today with information about downloading the IsaLife app. It’s going to make using your system so fun and easier for you to follow!
Later, follow up with a text message so your new Customer knows where to get IsaLife and how to set it up. For example,
You: I’m so excited for you to get started! If you haven’t yet, be sure to download the free IsaLife app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your first step will be clicking on the calendar icon to set up your Weight Wellness program. It’s easy – just follow the prompts! Before your system arrives, make sure to watch the brief videos included in the app about how to do Cleanse and Shake Days, and the Product Overview. Once you’ve done all of that, shoot me a text!

How can I utilize IsaLife to connect with my team?
IsaLife is the perfect platform to help you connect with your team, especially while on the go. The app allows you to share tips and support through the Activity Feed and allows your Customers to reach out to you directly and share their experience. As an Enrolling Sponsor/Coach, IsaLife provides you with priority notifications so you know exactly when to reach out to your Customers.
How do I log in to IsaLife?
IsaLife uses the username and password you use to log in to your existing Isagenix account.
How do I recover my username or password?
To recover your username, contact Customer Service at 0 800 023 4002 or by emailing CustomerServiceNL@isagenixcorp.com. To reset your password, please visit your Back Office login page and select the “Forgot Password” link.
How do I set up fingerprint login on my device?
We recommend referring to the manufacturer’s website for instructions on creating a fingerprint login for your iOS or Android device.
