United States Will Call Terms:

By selecting the Will Call option, you agree to pick up your order at one of our Will Call locations. Orders not picked up after 10 business days will be shipped at your expense using basic or ground service to the default shipping address listed on the account. We appreciate your understanding.

Arizona Will Call:

Orders placed no later than 11:59pm EST are available for pick up the following business day. There is a flat fee of $7.50 per order.

Order Pickup (Will Call) has moved! 155 E. Rivulon Blvd., Gilbert, AZ 85297(Inside Isagenix World Headquarters). Valid photo identification required for the person(s) authorized to pick up the order.

Arizona Will Call Hours of Operation:

Arizona Will Call is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Australia: Sydney Head Office Terms:

Please note that you’re scheduling a Sydney Office Pick Up order and that you are agreeing to collect your order from our office located at Level 2, 85 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113. The fee for Sydney Office Pick Up is $9.95.

Orders placed before 12 midnight AEST can be collected between 11:00am and 5:30pm the following business day. The office is closed on weekends and State and National Public Holidays.

Sydney Office Pick Up orders must be collected within 5 business days of the order placement. After 5 days, unclaimed orders will be sent to the shipping address listed on your account. In this case, the standard shipping fee of $14.95 AUD will be charged to your account.

ACH Will Call Terms:

When paying with an electronic check (ACH), please note it may take up to seven business days for your check to process. While Business Volume is earned at the time the order is accepted, orders paid by ACH are not available for pickup at the Will Call office until the transaction has settled. We appreciate your understanding.

Hong Kong Terms:

Please note that if you are scheduling a Will Call Order (Self-Collection order placed in ABO), you are agreeing to pick up your order(s) from our office. Successful completion of orders placed before 12 midnight [Hong Kong Time] can be collected after 3pm after 2 business days (E.g. Order placed before Monday 00:00, you can pick up on Wednesday after 15:00).

If you do not pick up within 25 calendar days after the Last Expected Pick up Date, your order will be processed as a Return. Please note this may cause loss of applicable bonuses, and commissions. Any returns will be processed under the applicable return policy.

Taiwan Will Call Terms:

Please note that you are scheduling a Will Call order and that you are agreeing to pick up your order at our facility. If you do not pick up your order within seven (7) working days after the expected Pick-Up date, your order will be sent to you by ground service. The order will be sent to the shipping address Isagenix has on file. It is recommended to keep your account address information up-to-date.

Will Call Orders - After orders are successfully placed in the ABO, customers can come to the Taipei Office to pick up during the office hours (9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.)

Will Call Terms Colombia

• For this payment option you have available two forms of payment - credit card and IsaWallet only.
• As soon as Isagenix receives the payment of your orders made through our Virtual Office, before 11 pm Colombia time (12 am New York time), you will be able to pick them up after 3 pm the next business day (Monday to Friday) at the Isagenix Office in Bogota. For example, if your order was generated on Friday your order will be ready on Monday after 3 pm.
• To deliver an order to a third party not specified from the beginning, a letter of authorization from you is required, with a copy of your ID.
• You have a maximum of 10 days to pick up your order, during this time we will be sending an email about the product you have pending for pick up and you will have the option to cancel it or send it to your residence paying the cost of the corresponding value.
• Remember, canceling an order may cause the loss of bonus, VN and commissions.
• During the days of Isagenix events where the office is closed, pick up service will not be available.
• You must have on hand the order number to enable us locate your order.

Please note that if you are scheduling a Will Call Order (Self-Collection order placed in ABO), you are agreeing to pick up your order(s) from our office. Successful completion of orders placed before 12 midnight [Local Time] can be collected after 11am after 2 business days (Order date is counted as the first business day).

You may call / email in to request for a delivery, with a SGD$15 incurred for the delivery. 

If you do not pick up / request to deliver your order(s) within 20 calendar days after the Last Expected Pick up Date, your order will be processed as a Return. Please note this may cause loss of applicable bonuses, and commissions. Any returns will be processed under the applicable return policy.

Office will be closed on all Sundays & Public Holidays. Order(s) will be available for pick up during office hours (Monday – Friday, from 11.00am to 8.00pm and 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month, from 11.00am to 3.00pm).

Malaysia Will Call Terms:

After 10 days, any unclaimed orders will be sent to the shipping address listed on your account. In this case, the standard shipping fee of £8.99 will be charged to your account in addition to the initial fee charged for Isagenix Europe Head Office Pick-Up.

Photo ID must be shown at the time of collection. All packaging materials included in the parcel are the responsibility of the collector in terms of disposal.

Isagenix Europe Netherlands Fulfilment Centre Parcel Pickup Terms:

Photo ID, an order reference number and the name you gave when placing the order must be shown at the time of collection.
