After Layoff, Isagenix® Helps New Grandmother Create the Life She’s Always Wanted

With solid roots planted in Illinois, one of the hardest things for new grandmother Vicki was having her daughter and only grandchild living in Tennessee. Finding the time and money to see them was often a challenge with her job as an office manager for a local homebuilding company.

Vicki became involved with Isagenix through a friend she had worked with at a previous network marketing company. With almost all her female co-workers using Isagenix, the timing was perfect for Vicki who had packed on an extra 15 pounds working in an office where sweets were brought in regularly. She was just enjoying her 22-pound* weight loss and dabbling with the business when her company, hit hard by the homebuilding recession, had to let her go. Rather than worrying about her income, she saw the layoff as the perfect opportunity to go full time with Isagenix and create the life and income she’s always wanted.

“I saw a bigger value with Isagenix,” says Vicki. “I didn’t know if I would find another job where I could make the money I needed that would be worth dividing my time and my family.”

She and her husband had been through a job loss before when he was out of work for 10 months and knew where they could cut costs without sacrificing happiness. Living off her husband’s salary as a regional program manager, Vicki kicked her “plan B” into action. She has turned to her upline for support and discovered that they were ready to help her find true business builders to help her reach the next level.

“I’m fairly new and working through personal challenges, but I can see the light at the end of this,” says Vicki. “The team I’m working with has brought back hope in my life. Through personal growth they have helped me with many different venues in my life and it’s been great to work with such a positive organization.”

Not yet at the point of replacing her previous income, Vicki is ecstatic to be able to pay for her and her husband’s products, along with a bridal shower for another daughter who recently got married. She’s especially thankful for the residual income that has allowed her to fly to Tennessee every other month to see her grandchildren.

She has plenty of goals and to stay focused, she even created a goal board featuring her targets for success such as liberating her husband from his three-hour commute, taking more vacations to Mexico where they have a timeshare, and being able to see her grandkids at any given moment. Within the next year she hopes to replace her old income and then some.

“Financial freedom is at my fingertips and knowing that I’m part of a company that cares about people is truly building my belief in the American dream,” shares Vicki.
