C-Lyte utilities three forms of vitamins, including calcium, magnesium and sodium ascorbates. Calcium ascorbate is a natural form of vitamin C, which is much more readily absorbed in the blood stream than other forms of calcium. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body.
