In an effort to better serve you and make sure we're providing you with what you need we're creating the Isagenix Online Survey Panel, a group comprised of Isagenix Associates like you who can share what they think of our products, services and more. What is the Isagenix® Online Survey Panel?
The Online Survey Panel is a community of Isagenix Associates who will provide input to the Isagenix Marketing Research Team regarding various products and services.
How long will the Online Survey Panel last?
The Panel will last approximately six months and will be conducted through a number of online surveys during that time. If you would still like to continue with the panel after the six-month time period, we'll encourage you at that time to contact OnlineSurveyPanel@Isagenix.net to renew your membership.
Is my information confidential?
The Online Survey Panel is completely confidential and all information provided is strictly for research purposes only. Group results and findings are reported, but individual responses and identities are never shared. Any information provided is for use by Isagenix only and will not be rented or sold for any reason.
How does Isagenix protect my privacy?
We adhere to our corporate privacy policy, found at: http://www.isagenix.com/us/en/privacypolicy.dhtml
Do I have to download anything to participate?
No, all surveys will be provided to you via e-mail with a link included.
How many surveys will I receive per week?
The number of surveys will vary each week. Some weeks you may receive two to three surveys while you may not receive any during other weeks.
Do I have to answer every survey?
If at any time a Panel member chooses not to complete a particular survey, they are not required to do so. However, we request that all Online Survey Panel members are willing to give feedback on as many surveys as possible.
Will all of my input be utilized by Isagenix?
We are extremely grateful for the input we receive from our Isagenix Associates and will take into consideration all of the data we receive from each survey.
Can I invite someone else I know in Isagenix to join the Panel?
Of course! We are always looking for additional feedback, so if you would like us to send an invitation, please forward the following e-mail address to the interested person: OnlineSurveyPanel@Isagenix.net. We will then send an invitation to the person within three to five business days.
How can I update my information?
If you have an e-mail address change or anything else that affects your participation in the Online Survey Panel, please e-mail us at OnlineSurveyPanel@Isagenix.net.
If for some reason I am unable to complete my six-month term with the Online Survey Panel, can I opt-out?
Yes, if at any time you wish to discontinue your membership with the Online Survey Panel, please click on the link located at the bottom of the survey e-mails and it will automatically remove you from our mailing list. You can also e-mail us at OnlineSurveyPanel@Isagenix.net.
Will I be compensated for my participation?
There is no compensation for being a member of the Panel, except of course the satisfaction of sharing your feedback knowing that it is helping us to evaluate and develop new products, services and resources for our Associates.
