Kevin Adams, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Kevin is a world-class financial, information technology, business transformation and supply chain executive. He brings more than 20 years of experience to Isagenix®. He has held multiple senior financial positions with companies like ConAgra Foods—one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. Prior to ConAgra, Kevin worked for International Home Foods, Stella Foods, Inc. and Coopers and Lybrand, LLP. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant. -

David Wood has developed a world-class personal development training program for Isagenix® and has trained hundreds of top leaders. David has lived, traveled and worked in more than 40 countries and has grown several multi-million and million-dollar companies. He was a lead trainer for Peak Potentials Training, the fastest and largest growing personal development company in the world and is internationally recognized as the “Trainer’s Trainer.” Known for his uncanny ability to read his audience and move people to the next level in their lives, his programs are exciting, engaging, effective and fun. His philosophy is simple: “Real people need real results.” He believes that he can give things that they can take home and apply immediately with their spouses, children, friends and community. These are things that allow them to be open and available, authentic and in the moment. -

Scott is a seasoned financial executive with more than 15 years experience. He has held multiple senior financial positions and was most recently the Vice President of Finance supporting the enterprise procurement and supply chain functions for ConAgra Foods, one of the world's largest packaged food companies. During his tenure at ConAgra, Scott provided financial leadership and support for many functional areas including sales, marketing, purchasing and supply chain. Prior to ConAgra, Scott led the finance function for a privately held real estate company and worked in public accounting. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Nebraska, Kearney; an MBA degree from University of New Mexico; and CPA certification from the State of Nebraska. -
Darren Fujii, Chief Information Officer
Darren Fujii, Chief Information Officer
Darren's a seasoned IT professional who brings world-class project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. He’s been responsible for large strategic business transformation initiatives and also has led the development of the Information Technology organization needed to support and leverage the investment in information technology across external and internal customers. He was most recently the vice president of information technology for ConAgra Foods, one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. He has also held leadership positions with SAP, a leading software provider, and Cellular One.
Darren has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame. -

Dave Pickrell, Chief Technology Officer - Member Solutions
Dave, an information technology specialist, has more than 20 years of executive level experience as a P&L leader and people developer. He's a seasoned IT professional who brings valuable project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. Dave most recently was the president and CEO of MergerTree Solutions, LP, a small venture-backed IT hosting and outsourcing services company in Houston, Texas.
Dave has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He's also a graduate of the Kellogg Executive Program for Ernst & Young Partners - Northwestern University, and is a former U.S. Navy officer and pilot. -

Travis Garza, Vice President of Sales
Travis has over 15 years of sales leadership and extensive experience in the network-marketing arena. Prior to joining Isagenix®, Travis served as the National Vice President of Sales at a direct sales company where he helped catapult that company to nearly a $1 billion in sales. He understands the importance of working with leaders to help them maximize their compensation plan and reach their sales goals.
Travis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He is married with four children. -

Scott Flohr, Vice President of Business Practices
Scott joined the company prior to its formal organization in 2002. With his 15 years of experience in business and technology solutions, Scott helped Isagenix build the foundation to support the company’s continual growth. He started and led the IT organization in its infancy and is now leading the Business Practices division where he oversees the Program Management Office, and is responsible for aligning business strategy with process improvement and efficiency efforts across domestic and international areas of the organization. -

Jim has been part of Isagenix since the beginning. His work ethic and sense of organization quickly earned him the respect of all Isagenix employees. To acknowledge his relentless commitment to the organization, he was awarded the 2004 Isagenix President's Award. Isagenix has been built on a firm foundation, mostly because of Jim's constant forethought and ability to anticipate potential problems before they occur. His tireless effort has been invaluable for Isagenix's continual growth. -
Rick Despain, Vice President of Field Development
Rick Despain, Vice President of Field Development
Rick joined the Isagenix® management team in July 2004. He has more than 30 years experience in strategic marketing and communications, 20 years of experience in direct sales, and has worked with five direct selling firms. He’s previously worked as a Vice President of Sales and understands what it takes to create growth and success. He helped a start-up company grow to more than $100 million in sales and more than 100,000 representatives in just six years. He also helped a well-established, 30-year-old company re-energize its employees and sales force to double their sales in three years. After carefully watching the early success of Isagenix, he decided to target Isagenix as the company he wanted to work for. Rick’s main areas of responsibility are sales force communication and field development, and traveling to strategic areas targeted for growth. Rick attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. -

Alex Hoffmann has many years of combined experience on both sides of the network marketing industry, from building a very successful business in the field as an Independent Distributor and from the corporate world as a very successful executive. He began his career in the network marketing industry in 1993 in his native country of Venezuela and after becoming the No. 3 income earner for that company and attaining the company's highest rank; Alex went back to school to earn his degree in International Businesses Management from Brigham Young University. Alex has extensive experience in the Latin American markets and a very competitive edge in the industry and the Hispanic culture. He is married and has five children. He enjoys mountain and road biking and spending time with his family and traveling the world. -

Patty has a passion for excellence and helped to create the “can-do” service attitude that is inherent to Isagenix®. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Patty worked in pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales before settling into management in the healthcare arena. Past employers include Hoffman La Roche, Inc. and Smith & Nephew United, Inc. Patty joined Isagenix prior to its formal organization. While with Isagenix, she has served in various positions, including Executive Director of Operations, Customer Service Manager, and Commissions Manager. She is an active member of the American Society for Quality, the International Customer Management Institute, and the International Customer Service Association. -
Richard Stagg, Vice President and General Counsel
Richard Stagg, Vice President and General Counsel
Richard has nearly 30 years experience in private practice, advising companies and individuals on a wide variety of legal issues. Richard is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations issued by the governing authorities in the countries where Isagenix operates and also advises, assists, and educates Isagenix Associates on how to build their businesses in a compliant, ethical, and effective manner. Prior to joining Isagenix, Richard was a partner in the business and finance group of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Arizona and a law degree with honors from the UCLA School of Law. -

Dirk Ramacher, Vice President of IT Production Operations
Dirk has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has helped global Fortune 500 and mid-market companies design, implement and operate their IT infrastructure environments. Since joining Isagenix in 2006, Dirk has used his considerable wealth of knowledge across many IT disciplines, along with a strong process orientation to help position Isagenix for maximum growth. His background in large-scale data processing platforms and datacenter operations has helped Isagenix design and deploy a world class IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Isagenix, Dirk held various management positions in IT Professional Services Organizations in Europe and the US. He was born and raised in Germany where he acquired his advanced degree in Electronics Engineering. -
Deborah Mathews, Vice President of Human Resources
Deborah Mathews, Vice President of Human Resources
With 22 years of experience leading human resource teams for global Fortune 500 companies including, Motorola and Intel, Deborah’s core emphasis is to align people, create strategy and maximize performance within an organization. She is an expert in multi-faceted human resource disciplines including, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions and employee relations. During the course of her career, Deborah has held senior leadership and consultative roles in which she worked to design and re-design several human resource organizations, focusing on stakeholder relationships and business achievement. In 2007, Deborah joined Isagenix and immediately began working to attract and retain a high-performing and diverse workforce. Within her own team, she has developed a world-class human resources department by leveraging a team of individuals, each with a unique background, to help support and spearhead the company’s overall strategic objectives and continued growth. Deborah graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. -
Jim Pierce, Board Member
Jim Pierce, Board Member
Jim, an expert in the areas of financial management and accounting, was so impressed with Isagenix that he ended his five-year retirement to join the team. He has more than 25 years experience as a consultant to distribution and manufacturing companies. Jim is responsible for installing the internal systems and implementing processes that can be duplicated to support the Isagenix Associates as the company continues its tremendous growth.
Prior to joining Isagenix, Jim founded a technology company that focused on middle-market distribution and manufacturing companies. He sold his company in 2000 and until the irresistible offer from Isagenix materialized, he had been enjoying retirement.
Pierce, a former CPA, has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
