Fitness Trainer Finds “Missing Link” to Optimum Health

Sherry is a widely-recognized international fitness professional and instructor who always believed that eating a healthy diet and staying active were the only keys to staying fit. The former dancer and athlete had always maintained an above-average fitness level and physique, but by her late 50’s, she couldn’t help but notice that many life events had gradually changed her figure.
