Our world-class Quality, Regulatory, Technology and Science Department (QRTS) is the “umbrella” organization for all of Isagenix science, including Global Product Development, Research and Science, International Regulatory, and Quality Assurance and Control.

Under the leadership of Dr. Suk Cho, Isagenix boasts more than 30 full-time scientists and a global scientific research network. As Chief Science Officer Suk brings breadth of product development experience and diverse technical knowledge to Isagenix. He has more than 30 patents, has authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications, and served on multiple scientific advisory boards. He has also held prominent positions in large corporations including global product giant Unilever, as well as VP of R&D for a $900-million direct selling company.

Most importantly, thousands of people in more than 8 countries now experience the benefits of an extensive line of the finest health and wellness products available.

QRTS works in concert with scientists and experts at reputable test laboratories and universities to conduct rigorous product purity, integrity, and efficacy testing.

Strict adherence to GMP (good manufacturing practice) guidelines is mandatory. When a new formula passes scrutiny with our in-house scientists, it undergoes another series of tests by various third-party manufacturers.

Using state-of-the-art machinery and stringent quality control procedures; manufacturing experts test production batches throughout the manufacturing process. Samples are taken at the beginning, middle, and end of each production run to ensure the purity and efficacy of the end product. Only then is a product deemed worthy of the Isagenix brand.

Always cruelty-free, no animals are used in the testing of Isagenix products.

Product Innovation

Creating new products is very complex. No one scientist can know everything about it, much less how to combine ingredients into viable supplements. Only a diverse team of scientists can rise to the challenge of successfully grappling with all the complexities involved.

Led by Master Formulator John Anderson, our 30-plus member Research and Development Team is the brains behind our formulations with more than 100 collective years of hands-on experience in nutrition, biology, chemistry, food science and technology, product development and quality assurance.

Working in conjunction with Research and Science, our scientists and chemists tirelessly develop product formulas based on substantial research with the safest ingredients delivering optimal benefit. Our team also actively nurtures collaborative relationships with experts from diverse disciplines to stay abreast of ever-evolving nutritional science. They are constantly consulting academic experts and medical professionals to create no-compromise products with utmost efficacy.

This professional network includes medical researchers, clinicians, pharmacologists, botanists, medicinal chemists, pharmacognosists, nutritionists, process chemists, analytical chemists, biochemists, molecular biologists, immunologists, statisticians, toxicologists, exercise physiologists, quality control specialists, and clinical research specialists.

Research and Science Team

Research and Science requires an active engagement in current scientific news and the latest nutritional developments. Generating products backed by current, up-to-date research, this department takes an Evidence-Based approach to product development and nutritional recommendations.

In addition to working with Product Innovation, Research and Science bridges the gap between the consumer and the scientist. Emphasizing communication, our team provides access and interpretation of nutritional research relevant to consumer health. Our scientists perform rigorous clinical experiments to substantiate product claims as well as prove the safety and quality of Isagenix nutritional supplements.

In addition, Isagenix has gathered together some of the greatest minds in the scientific world to form a renowned Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).

Quality Assurance and Control Teams

When each product is ready for launch, our Quality Assurance and Control Teams align with manufacturing to ensure that all operations are in accordance with Food and Drug Administration guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices, as well as Standard Operating Procedures.

During each step of production and packaging, strict quality control and safety standards are meticulously followed for everything from ingredient purity to stability. To ensure consistency and utmost quality of each product, we also continuously strengthen our quality control measures through internal and third-party testing and audits.

International Regulatory

Regulatory is pivotal when it comes to product development and completion. With a hand in everything from ingredient efficacy to claim substantiation and even quality assurance, it is this team that makes sure Isagenix products enters the marketplace.

The International Regulatory team oversees the documentation and distribution of products all over the world. Isagenix is rapidly expanding, as are the responsibilities of the Regulatory team. With markets in Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and North America—Isagenix has a constant goal for quality and an aim to develop products that meet the needs of people all across the globe.
