8 Steps to Abundant Health and a Beach-Ready Body

You've signed up for the Challenge, so now what? Following an Isagenix® system is simple, but we're going to make it even easier by giving you extra tips on how to maximize your Shake Days, conquer your Cleanse Days and feel fantastic! You're on your way to getting the body and health you've always dreamed of and a jumpstart on your results.

  1. Set Goals and Expectations.
    Isagenix is not a diet, a quick-fix, or a temporary solution to your weight-loss and health challenges– you are transforming your life and creating results that you can maintain. So the first thing to do is determine what you want to accomplish. Do you want to get back into your little black dress? Hang out poolside without an oversized T-shirt? Have more energy to keep up with your kids? Identify what your ultimate goals and dreams are. Post your goals and positive affirmations where you will see them all the time like on your bathroom mirror or refrigerator.
    Do a personal health analysis to get started.

  2. Share the Challenge With Others.
    Who else do you know that would want a chance to win thousands of dollars in cold, hard cash for losing weight or improving their health? Think about the people you’re surrounded by every day and ask them to join you on your quest for better health! If they do, you’ll get extra encouragement and accountability to succeed.   3. Get Support.
    You’ve heard the saying “no man is an island” and that’s the case here. You’re more likely to succeed if you have support from friends, family and others around you. Tap into your resources and try doing the following right off the bat:

    • Utilize your cleansing coach. Usually it’s the person who introduced you to Isagenix. Ask them for tips on what to eat, how often to drink Cleanse for Life™ and any other questions you have about having a successful Cleanse Day.
    • Read your system guide cover to cover. Inside, you’ll get our tips for what to do on Cleanse and Shake Days, a list of answers to frequently asked questions, and a place to record your daily progress.
    • Sign up for IsaDiary for free daily e-mails sent straight to your inbox that are tailored specifically to the current Isagenix system you’re using. You’ll get encouragement, tips for your Cleanse and Shake Days, exercise tips and more!

  4. Make Your Cleanse Days a Breeze.
    Cleanse Days give your body a chance to do what it does best; put its systems to work and help rid the body of impurities. By doing this, you’ll improve your health, which will make you feel better and more rejuvenated. If you need to eat a little something, grab a small handful of almonds or, to get rid of cravings, brush your teeth- it really works!   5. Maximize Your Shake Days.
    Our IsaLean® Shakes are packed with nutrition and active enzymes to bolster your health and make you feel great. If you want to add something to change up the flavor, be mindful of what you put in your shake so you don’t increase the calorie count.   6. Order Enough Products.
    The last thing you want to do is run out of products. Make sure to order enough products to get you through the Challenge so your progress will never be interrupted. Sign up for Autoship so you'll receive your favorite products or systems delivered to your doorstep each month. Visit the "My Orders" section of your Back Office to set up or modify your Autoship.   7. Keep Track of Your Progress.
    Can't wait to show others exactly how you've changed, how many inches you've lost or how great you feel each day? Write it down! Seeing your results can also add even more fuel to your fire to keep you motivated! Sharing your experience and results are also one of the main keys to winning the Challenge because it's a large part of the judging criteria. Keep track of your progress in a notebook or journal and consider scribbling down:

    • Your daily thoughts. Jot down how you're feeling and when you feel excited, encouraged or accomplished.
    • Your progress. Write down your inches and pounds lost. If you're keeping track on your system guide, transfer it to the notebook or journal as well or write it down on the "My Progress" chart found in your Back Office.
    • Other changes. Are you exercising better than ever before? Are you doing something new like bicycling or rock climbing?

    Finally, keep your camera handy. Make sure to take photos weekly to document your progress. Both the photos and journal will help you when you sit down to write your essay for your Challenge submission, plus they'll also help if you ever hit a point when you need encouragement.

  8. Listen to FREE Weekly Conference Calls.
    Get advice straight from the past winners' mouths! During the Challenge, we'll be featuring stories and tips from past winners and advice from our health experts during our free weekly "Real People, Real Results" and "Product Training" conference calls. Plus, we've launched a monthly Challenge call to give you support during this time of transformation!
