Life-Changing Health Results Turns to Six-Figure Incomes** For Idaho Couple

Gina’s wake up call began with a simple task that she’d been doing every day for years: walking upstairs to go to bed.

Then, one night when the pain was especially severe, she told her husband she’d see him upstairs soon and waited until she thought he was in their bedroom. Instead, he had been waiting at the top of the stairs.
She confessed in that moment that she had crawled up the stairs because her pain was too excruciating. They sat down at the top of the stairs and wept together.
It was a pivotal moment, but while Gina knew it was a problem, she wasn’t sure how to fix it.
Ironically, it was only a few days later that she heard about Isagenix® from top leader Carol W. during a regular women’s business meeting that she attended.
“Carol just had this solid, core believe in the Isagenix products,” recalls Gina of Idaho. “Even so, I had to go home and do my own research. A couple of weeks later, I called Carol and asked her for the 30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System, which was brand new.”

Even as she took her measurements and prepared to try her 30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System, Gina encountered her first skeptic: her husband Scott.
When the box arrived, Gina took her measurements and weight, and asked her husband to take a “before” picture, but he refused. Despite the challenge, within weeks she was 35 pounds lighter* and began sleeping through the night for the first time in years. She also couldn’t believe how much her energy had improved.

Initially, Scott wasn’t sold on Isagenix and maintained a skeptical attitude.

“I thought it was a gimmick, a miracle cure like you see on TV,” admits Scott. “But when I saw what happened to her over the next few months, it changed my mind. I had packed on a few inches around my middle myself that my doctor just brushed off as a sign of getting older, so I decided to see what I could do about it.”

That’s when Scott realized Isagenix wasn’t a “gimmick.” Soon, he had also dropped six inches* and was feeling more youthful.

While the weight loss and health improvements were phenomenal, Scott and Gina, who also owned a scrapbooking company, say they still weren’t about to jump into any new business ventures. Burnt out financially from losing $3.5 million in a failed car dealership, the couple thought long and hard about starting their Isagenix business.

After attending Celebration, Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover’s professions of faith and explanation of their goals served as the tipping point to helping them push past any concerns.
"Scott told me that I had a responsibility to share Isagenix with others," shares Gina, who took her husband’s challenge seriously.

As his realization about Isagenix sunk in, that’s when fate also began to do its work. Suddenly, Scott began noticing many of his female real estate clients talking about weight loss and things began to click. He realized that there was a huge number of people around him who wanted to get healthier and boost their energy levels and knew there was a lot more potential for success with Isagenix than they’d previously considered.

The couple began by hosting a home party and got their first taste of success with all 11 attendees joining Isagenix by the end of the presentation.

By December 2008, both Gina and Scott were working their Isagenix business full time.
As a former record-breaking salesperson at multiple car dealerships, Scott had a knack for connecting with people. When combined with Gina’s business group connections and previous home-based business experience, they found immediate success with Isagenix.

“We’re ‘people people,’ and I believe strongly that you have to get out there and do the face-to-face thing – you can’t just sit at home and want it, but not do anything about it,” explains Gina.

Gina also had a light bulb moment when she discovered one tool she believed could take their business to the next level: Facebook. After discovering social networking, she began incorporating it into her daily business routine by finding people with similar goals and building friendships online.

“I get to know people on a real-life basis rather than just posting info about my business,” Gina says. “Facebook is a huge thing and I think people need to learn how to utilize, especially if they don’t have the time or the opportunity to get out and meet new people.”

With their business now steadily growing, the bright financial picture they envisioned is now coming to fruition.

“I initially said ‘no’ when the Isagenix business was brought up because I just saw a lot of work for very little money, and that’s absolutely not the case,” says Gina. “This is residual income and a product that sells every month.”

The couple say they’ve enjoyed some added benefits with Isagenix, including working with one another, which has brought the couple closer together and allowed them to concentrate on their strengths, making their business even stronger.

 “You don’t want to be standing at the end of this all alone – you want all of your friends to be with you,” shares Scott. “We don’t keep it to ourselves fearing that there isn’t enough for everybody, because really there is abundance in this opportunity. There’s enough for everyone.”
