- Here are six tips to help you get started:
- Recruit Yourself and Ask For Support —Set the example and sign up for the challenge yourself. Then reach out to people you know and ask them for their support. They will likely question what you're doing which may generate interest. Keep them posted on your results and they may just want to join you in your efforts.
- Recruit Your Team Members — Start promoting the challenge within your teams. Encourage people to register and then ask them to recruit at least one person to join with them.
