New Isagenix® Web Site Makes Full Debut June 17

Earlier this year, we introduced a “beta” version of our new Isagenix® Web site that you can access by clicking on the orange banner on the top of the current home page. The site features more information, resources, videos and features in a user-friendly and eye-catching design to help you expand your business and product knowledge. The new version of the Web site makes its full debut on June 17 so take some time to get familiar with the new content and design. The full launch of the new site means your replicated site will change as well to reflect the new design. We’ve created some resources to help you get familiar with the new site and a list of common questions and answers to help in the transition. New Web Site Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will the new Web site go “live?” A: Tuesday, June 17 at 3:00 PM U.S. ET (New York Time). Q: What happens to my replicated/retail site? A: Your replicated site will automatically switch over to the new site at that time, yet retain your page preferences and any customization.

Q: What replicated site options are there?
A: All of the same page options remain (General, Cleanse, Nutrition, Skin Care, Wealth, About Me). Q: Are there any new replicated site options?
A: Yes! On June 17, you’ll also have the option to make your replicated site an IsaDelight™ page or a “Cleansed for Life” page, if you choose. Visitors will be able to buy retail at these pages, sign up as Associates/Preferred Customers, or request more information from you. We’ll make more custom pages available in the coming months.

Q: How can I change my replicated site? A: Please log in to your Back Office. Click on the “Enroll” tab, then click on “My Associate Website.” Q: What if I have a suggestion or questions about the new Web site? A: Please send us an e-mail at websitefeedback@isagenix.net.
Q: Will there be a tutorial to help walk me through the new site? A: Yes, we will have a handy tutorial located prominently on the new home page on June 17. Q: What if I have questions on the new site? A: Please contact Customer Service, as you normally would. They should be able to answer virtually any question on the new site. If needed, the Digital Marketing team will be able to assist with questions.
