Keep the Momentum Going After Celebration
Our 2008 “Commitment to Greatness” may have ended, but now is the perfect time to take massive action and develop a plan for even greater success. Whether you are fairly new to Isagenix® or have been part of our family for years, take the energy and excitement from Celebration and commit to keeping the momentum going so you can reach an even higher level of greatness. Tips to keep the Celebration momentum going:- Remember Your Why. Remind yourself of your why and what it is that attracted you to Isagenix.
- Create a Plan. Map out goals for the next year including what you want to accomplish by 2009 Celebration. Don’t forget to include your short-term goals so you can keep yourself accountable along the way. Share your goals with others so they can keep you accountable as well.
- Surround Yourself With Vision. In addition to writing down your goals, post them where you can be reminded of them daily. Try creating a vision board. Write down positive affirmations to read daily.
- Recommit to Even Greater Health. Set a health and wellness goal for the year. What is it that you want to accomplish (lose weight, tone up, feel better)? Try new products, different ways of taking them and set up a system for yourself that includes exercise.
- Follow Up. We know the importance of following up with prospects and the same goes for members of your team and others you met at Celebration. Send thank you notes and create additional relationships by sharing experiences and resources.
- Promote Events. The best way to get your team motivated and solidify their belief is to encourage them to attend events like Isagenix® University and Top Achievers. Determine which event you will attend next, as well.
- Utilize Excitement of New Products. Share our new, exciting Isagenix Fiber Pro™ and Multi-Enzyme Complex, as well as the Want More Energy?® Sticks with your team and prospects. This is a great way to reignite the passion of your team members who have hit a plateau.
- Give 110 Percent. Take the extra steps even if you don’t feel like it. Know that an additional call to check in with someone, a follow up meeting or supporting a team member when they need it most shows that you care.
- Boost Your Team. Put in extra time and energy to train your team members. Gain the expertise and knowledge you need by touching base with top leaders in your upline. Next, plug into your downline and discover the superstars of your group.
- Commit to Autoship. Top Leader Jimmy Smith believes that if everyone signed up for regular Autoship, they’d see their businesses skyrocket. Plus, there are financial incentives available for you and those who are signed up through the Autoship Rewards Program.
- Focus on Personal Growth. Isagenix® Training Consultant David Wood’s Personal Development System will help you to not only take your business to new heights, but it will help you discover your talents and the beliefs that could be holding you back from reaching your potential. Sign up for an event; you won’t regret it.
- Take Time For Yourself. If you burn out because you are overcommitted and not giving yourself “me” time, you won’t have anything left to give to your team or your family. Feeling and staying fresh and healthy will inspire your team members and family to do the same.
- Use the Tools. Many new tools and resources were announced at Celebration. Buy the new “Have It All” DVD and Dreams Come True magazine and keep one of each with you at all times. Try to pass them out every day to someone new and make sure to follow up with them.
