Share Your Story, Stay Above the Law This Holiday Season

You've worked so hard to build your Isagenix® business so the last thing you want to do is have it suspended because you broke a few cardinal rules. The policies you agreed to follow when you started your business exist to protect you and Isagenix so that you can keep making money and everyone can continue to enjoy our amazing products.

So get out there and spread the word about Isagenix to everyone you know this holiday season, just be sure to keep it compliant. Check out these top tips before you hit the pavement.

Don’t Whip Out the Calendar

We all know that our products are natural, safe and effective, but it's important to stay on the right side of the law and respect the rules enforced by the U.S. government and foreign regulatory agencies. One of them is that you can share your results with enthusiasm, but you can't include how much weight you or anyone else lost or how much money you've made within a certain period of time. Examples of what you can say:

  • "I've lost 35 pounds since I started Isagenix and my health has improved in incredible ways."
  • "I now make a six-figure income annually, but those results are not necessarily typical."

Keep Your Medical History To Yourself

Don't share what is or used to be in your medicine cabinet or any medical conditions you had before you started Isagenix. Tell them about the number of dress or belt sizes you've gone down by, how much your body fat has reduced or even how your energy levels are now higher than ever before. Speak generically and say that you are no longer dealing with many of your previous health challenges.

Use Your Associate Web Site

It's okay to have a third-party Web address with a more simplified URL as long as it redirects to your Associate site. Just make sure that the URL does not include the names of trademarked and registered products, "Isagenix" or a name derived from "Isagenix."

Don’t Sell Products Online

Make sure to stick to promoting your business and selling your products through your Associate Web site and not through another site including your own private one, eBay or a blog. Our Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover want sharing of the products to be a personal, supportive experience to guarantee the highest level of success.

Share the Concept of Cleansing

Talking about Nutritional Cleansing can be tricky, especially since there are things you can and can't say. Learn more about what the Federal Trade Commission considers a "claim" and how to avoid saying the wrong thing. Get the tips on sharing Nutritional Cleansing

Get the “Thumbs Up” First

If you plan to create your own flyer or anything that is meant to promote Isagenix or your business, run it by Compliance first. The best way is to fill out a Compliance Evaluation Request Form, located in your Back Office Library under "Business Training." E-mail it or any questions to Compliance@Isagenix.net or fax it to (480) 636-5377. You should receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours.
