"Souperman" Boldly Takes Isagenix® Business to New Heights

For more than three decades, 54-year-old Dave has been submerged in the people business. The Texas native enjoys working with people and his ability to help them get what they want has afforded him great success in the field of sales and marketing. Most of Dave's career has been centered in health, wellness and most importantly, weight reduction.

"I was actively searching for an answer to the growing weight problem," shares Dave. "That to me is the No. 1 health epidemic Americans are facing."

In addition to the right weight-loss approach, Dave was also looking for a company that was committed to safeguarding the business opportunity as well as a proactive corporate team. When he discovered Isagenix®, his life very quickly began to change. Dave's long-time friend and 6-Star Golden Circle and Isagenix Millionaire Jay encouraged him to take a look at the company and the products. While he was initially skeptical, Jay was persistent and kept following up with him about the opportunity. Finally, Dave joined as an Associate, bought the products and found out for himself that they really worked.

"I was always the tall thin guy who really didn't need the programs that I was offering to others," says Dave. "But when I turned 50, my closet started holding my wardrobe hostage, demanding weight loss in return for my nice clothes. Within a short amount of time with Isagenix, I released 13 pounds.*"

While Dave was impressed with the products and excited about his own success, his next move was to see if the products worked on other people. He immediately put 10 people on the products and buried himself in following up. He noted that some were potential business-builders and some simply wanted to lose weight. Very quickly the referral process began, and the follow-up intensified. Just as he had hoped, some of his satisfied customers decided to follow his lead and begin building an income with Isagenix. That's when Dave says his partnership with Isagenix was born.

Today, after being with Isagenix a little more than two years, Dave has risen to 5-Star Golden Circle and has a team of nearly 7,000 people.** When asked how he did it so fast, Dave gives all of the credit to his teams and says it's their efforts that have propelled him to where he is today. He also credits his business partner and wife, Katie. Their shared passion for helping people improve their health continues to fuel his fire to get the word out about Isagenix.

"Our country is covered in a growing layer of fat and this should not be something that we accept as a way of life," says Dave. "With Isagenix, we can actually guide people to greater health and wealth."

Dave says another key to his success are the Isagenix products themselves. Known in many circles now as "The Souperman," Dave has become a one-man publicity campaign for the product that he says puts Isagenix on a new playing field: the recently reformulated IsaLean® Soups. He says he is incorporating them into the 30-Day systems and they're selling so fast that he can hardly keep enough inventory on hand.

"I'm concerned that others might be overlooking perhaps the most significant new product to be introduced in recent times," shares Dave. "These soups are amazing and if you sample them, you'll sell them. They have completely changed the landscape for an Isagenix 30-Day System."

Dave spends most of his days building his business and creating new and innovative methods for driving more Preferred Customers and Associates to his two referral teams. He even created a unique and popular marketing tool, the Isagenix Menu for Life, with his son Dreu. The two saw an opportunity to make Isagenix products and systems customer-friendly by helping people visualize taking products out of their containers and into their lives.

Dave was recently named an Isagenix "Rising Star" at the 2008 "Commitment to Greatness" Celebration, and while he was unable to attend the event, he was honored by the recognition and feels it is just another affirmation that he is with the right company and where he is meant to be.

"I truly enjoy this lifestyle and couldn't imagine doing anything else," he says.
