Hollywood Couple Chooses the Cleanse Over the Camera Lens

Ariana and Jay are longtime veterans in the entertainment industry. Ariana is an actress who has starred in Broadway plays and network television daytime soap operas. Jay is a film writer, producer and director. Even with all of their successes, they never would’ve guessed that their greatest production would be with Isagenix®.

“Hollywood is very self-focused and this does not always bring out the best in people,” shares Ariana. “Glamour is subjective and fleeting. Take away those sorts of perks and one would find that working in entertainment is essentially the same as any other “J–O–B,” as we call it on our Isagenix team. The things that we missed most were the opportunities to really contribute and make a measurable difference to others.”

Being in Hollywood, Ariana and Jay are used to keeping up their physical appearance. Yet after turning 40, Ariana realized that the same hard work she put into her diet and fitness plan did not yield the same results. A friend of hers had lost 30 pounds* with Isagenix so Ariana decided to give it a try.

“I lost 18 pounds* and 23 inches* and was amazed by my results,” says Ariana. “I couldn’t believe it.” Fulfilling the roll he admits as a skeptical husband, Jay says, “Only after witnessing Ariana’s amazing results did I try the cleanse and I lost 20 pounds* and two pants sizes*. Then I wanted to try every product that Isagenix made.”

Sharing her success with people she knew came naturally to Ariana. Whether it’s discovering a great new restaurant or even a good dry cleaner, she loves to tell everybody about her experiences and pass along helpful tips.

“Before I knew it we were receiving commissions from Isagenix® and our products were being paid for,” says Ariana. “That’s when I decided to start actively building my business.”

Ariana traded in playing the lead to actual team leadership. As part of her training she attends Isagenix events where she gets coaching and builds her team. It started when she attended Celebration in 2006. Jay says, “I agreed to go also to support her but my intention was to just to make a Las Vegas vacation out of it.”

“I came to the first session to make sure Ariana was settled in and I was completely drawn in,” says Jay. Between the family atmosphere, the excitement and energy that radiated from the event, I sat down and stayed riveted through the entire three days. By the end of the event we had both built a strong belief in the company, its leadership, the products, of course, the industry and most importantly, ourselves.”
After Celebration, Ariana focused more than ever on building her business.

“I knew the only thing that would hold me back was myself so I jumped into personal growth with equal enthusiasm” says Ariana. “Also, I love that I’m in business for myself but not by myself. I didn’t heavily distinguish between my upline and my downline, I just made sure I worked in close communication with those in my ‘success-line.’”

In March, 2007 she made it possible for Jay to retire so that he could join her in the business full time. They set goals for growing their business and have now reached 3-Star Golden Circle, 1-Star Crystal Executive.

“Creating multiple streams of wealth is the future of people living in financial freedom,” explains Ariana. “Also, in the realm of health and wellness, Isagenix products are just what the doctor ordered. Isagenix is a means to pet two birds with one hand.”

While Ariana and Jay have not totally lost their Hollywood roots or connections, Isagenix has become their proudest role... one they plan on starring in for a long time.

“We have the ability to make a difference in people’s lives in terms of health and wealth,” says Ariana. “We found our passion with Isagenix. Everything prior was preparation for this.”
