Jim Pierce, Chief Operating Officer
Jim, an expert in the areas of financial management and accounting, was so impressed with Isagenix that he ended his five-year retirement to join the team. He has more than 25 years experience as a consultant to distribution and manufacturing companies. Jim is responsible for installing the internal systems and implementing processes that can be duplicated to support the Isagenix Associates as the company continues its tremendous growth.
Prior to joining Isagenix, Jim founded a technology company that focused on middle-market distribution and manufacturing companies. He sold his company in 2000 and until the irresistible offer from Isagenix materialized, he had been enjoying retirement.
Pierce, a former CPA, has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Warren T. Te Brugge, President of International Development and Operations
Warren came to Isagenix® in 2005 with an impressive international business and marketing background. His expertise encompasses finance, information technology, strategic planning, project management, training and development, and marketing and communications. He has written, developed and effectively implemented superb business and financial plans for a number of successful companies. He has played key roles in the growth and expansion of several major MLM businesses where he achieved yearly revenue growth up to 117 percent. Warren is multilingual and maintains insight into the subtleties of successfully developing a multicultural-based global conglomerate. He has worked in numerous countries and has personally experienced the difference in cultures around the world. This insight allows him to be successful in communications and development in culturally-diverse markets. Warren studied commerce at the University of South Africa and immigrated to Canada in 1981. He is a member in good standing of the Project Management Institute and a certified Project Management Professional. Warren has a personal vision to make a difference for many of the world’s children in need.
Kevin Adams, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kevin is a world-class financial, information technology, business transformation and supply chain executive. He brings more than 20 years of experience to Isagenix®. He has held multiple senior financial positions with companies like ConAgra Foods—one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. Prior to ConAgra, Kevin worked for International Home Foods, Stella Foods, Inc. and Coopers and Lybrand, LLP. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Liz Harvey, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Liz background includes 25 years of proven results in strategic planning, brand management and business development. She honed her skills in manufacturing, marketing/sales, innovation and general management during her tenure at Procter and Gamble and The Dial Corporation. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration. She has also served as a board member for several charities focused on children and education.
David Wood, Master Trainer and Life Coach
David Wood has developed a world-class personal development training program for Isagenix® and has trained hundreds of top leaders. David has lived, traveled and worked in more than 40 countries and has grown several multi-million and million-dollar companies. He was a lead trainer for Peak Potentials Training, the fastest and largest growing personal development company in the world and is internationally recognized as the “Trainer’s Trainer.” Known for his uncanny ability to read his audience and move people to the next level in their lives, his programs are exciting, engaging, effective and fun. His philosophy is simple: “Real people need real results.” He believes that he can give things that they can take home and apply immediately with their spouses, children, friends and community. These are things that allow them to be open and available, authentic and in the moment.
Jim Beck, Vice President of Logistics
Jim has been part of Isagenix since the beginning. His work ethic and sense of organization quickly earned him the respect of all Isagenix employees. To acknowledge his relentless commitment to the organization, he was awarded the 2004 Isagenix President's Award. Isagenix has been built on a firm foundation, mostly because of Jim's constant forethought and ability to anticipate potential problems before they occur. His tireless effort has been invaluable for Isagenix's continual growth.
Joel Bikman, Vice President of Marketing
Joel has a strong history in helping build and enhance powerful brands across a number of industries. As Vice President of Marketing for Isagenix®, he is responsible for branding, sales and support materials, promotions, online presence, corporate communications, public relations and other marketing support functions. Originally from Alberta, Canada, Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Lisa DeBiase, Chief Retention Officer and Vice President of New Business Development
Lisa joined Isagenix® with more than 12 years of experience in marketing and brand management, a passion for health and wellness, and a genuine desire to help others find health. She focuses on strengthening Associate retention, leading new product strategic planning and marketing, Associate understanding and research, identifying and developing new target markets, and leading business analysis and reporting. Before she joined the Isagenix management team, Lisa’s heart was in healthcare at Procter & Gamble where she worked on many well-known brands and at Nissan Motor Corporation in marketing and finance. In those roles she was responsible for brand marketing strategy and planning, new product launch planning and marketing research and analysis. The Columbus, Ohio native graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and went on to earn her MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
Rick Despain, Vice President of Field Relations
Rick joined the Isagenix® management team in July 2004. He has more than 25 years experience in strategic marketing and communications, 18 years of experience in direct sales, and has worked with five direct selling firms. He’s previously worked as a Vice President of Sales and understands what it takes to create growth and success. He helped a start-up company grow to more than $100 million in sales and more than 100,000 representatives in just six years. He also helped a well-established, 30-year-old company re-energize its employees and sales force to double their sales in three years. After carefully watching the early success of Isagenix, he decided to target Isagenix as the company he wanted to work for. Rick’s main areas of responsibility are sales force communication and field development, and traveling to strategic areas targeted for growth. Rick attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University.
Darren Fujii, Chief Information Officer
Darren's a seasoned IT professional who brings world-class project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. He’s been responsible for large strategic business transformation initiatives and also has led the development of the Information Technology organization needed to support and leverage the investment in information technology across external and internal customers. He was most recently the vice president of information technology for ConAgra Foods, one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. He has also held leadership positions with SAP, a leading software provider, and Cellular One.
Darren has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Steven G. Kochen, Chief General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Steven brings to Isagenix® more than 15 years of experience in legal, marketing, operations and contract manufacturing, and insures that Isagenix remains fully compliant with all state and federal laws and regulations. He has previously filled roles as a president, general manager, international marketing director and chief general counsel at a variety of successful network marketing companies. Steven received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga Law School.
Dave Pickrell, Chief Technology Officer - Member Solutions
Dave, an information technology specialist, has more than 20 years of executive level experience as a P&L leader and people developer. He's a seasoned IT professional who brings valuable project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. Dave most recently was the president and CEO of MergerTree Solutions, LP, a small venture-backed IT hosting and outsourcing services company in Houston, Texas.
Dave has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He's also a graduate of the Kellogg Executive Program for Ernst & Young Partners - Northwestern University, and is a former U.S. Navy officer and pilot.
Patty Raphael, Vice President of Operations
Patty has a passion for excellence and helped to create the “can-do” service attitude that is inherent to Isagenix®. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Patty worked in pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales before settling into management in the healthcare arena. Past employers include Hoffman La Roche, Inc. and Smith & Nephew United, Inc. Patty joined Isagenix prior to its formal organization. While with Isagenix, she has served in various positions, including Executive Director of Operations, Customer Service Manager, and Commissions Manager. She is an active member of the American Society for Quality, the International Customer Management Institute, and the International Customer Service Association.
Larry Lantieri, Director of Field Development
Larry has known and worked with Isagenix® Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover on several projects over the past 17 years and was Kathy’s top producer in a previous company. Larry was a full-time distributor for 12 years who made the top position in three separate companies and was a No. 1 recruiter in two others. He has served on several distributor advisory boards. He has personally recruited over 1,200 people, and collectively brought in over 100,000 people into the direct marketing industry. He was a record holder in one company, sponsoring 49 people in one month. His last organization exceeded 95,000 people, and still averages over $2 million a month in sales in 30 countries. With his extensive experience in direct marketing, he’s developed training programs and CD’s not just for his own organizations, but for everyone in the field.
