Moscow Native Discovers Her Calling With Isagenix®

A native of Moscow, Jana immigrated to Canada in 1974 with her 7-year-old son. She dabbled in different businesses, searching for her calling. But Jana was consistently left unhappy, as she felt disconnected from her son because of her busy schedule. After 25 years of her time-consuming search for professional contentment, Jana’s calling finally found her.  

Jana describes her introduction to network marketing as “love at first sight.” But it wasn’t until she tried Isagenix® in 2005 that it became crystal clear that she’d found the right company to partner with. After experiencing the nutritional benefits of Isagenix, she was sold and the company’s straight-forward business structure and easy-to-understand compensation plan appealed to her: all she had to do was get two people, one on her left and one on her right, to also join her on her health and wealth journey and the stage was set for success.

Jana was so fired up about the products that she encouraged everyone she knew to try it. It paid off. She became Crystal Executive in just nine weeks**, and it only took 18 months to reach her desired six-figure income.** She credits her success to her unique approach to her business. 

Through a workshop she created called “Be an Architect of Your Own Dreams,” Jana teaches her Associates how to find “the right people” and how to listen better, improve their communication skills and find out what the customer really wants out of a product. She especially likes partnering with people who’ve never done network marketing before and want to learn how to become strong business builders.

“I believe that ordinary people can create an extraordinary income if they have proper daily mentorship,” the now 5-Star Golden Circle shares. “I am being a mentor to people who need this daily help. It’s all about having that connection and learning how to ask the right questions about people. Also, it’s not about selling. It’s about connecting and finding right-minded people.” .”

She has also focused on building a well-connected team through wellness dinners and even designed a special space in her home for them. The dinners combine both mentoring and socializing, which she says is the most important result of these meet-ups is a foundation for relationships and creating a genuine love for the products. She’s proud of how the dinners have impacted her team members’ belief in the products.

“It's about learning your ‘why,’ discovering your strengths,” she explains. “As result of my workshop and the wellness dinners, we create team bonding.”

And her work has paid off in a number of ways. Now, while many retirees her age struggle to make ends meet, Jana has created an ideal lifestyle for herself. She lives in her two-story, custom-designed townhouse in Ontario, drives her “dream convertible” and enjoys the independence of being her own boss. But for her, it’s not about the money – the best part about her Isagenix is the freedom of time to spend with her extended family and the impact she is making on the lives of others.
